How to recreate your own Smoothie Bowl

Living an active and healthy lifestyle is something we all aim for, but choosing healthy foods can pose a struggle for many. Smoothie bowls are quick and easy, and can be customised to your own personal taste.

Prep Time: 10 Mins + Blending

Ingredients: 

  • Ice 

  • frozen berries 

  • frozen mango 

  • guava nectar 

  • coconut water 

  • muesli 

  • chia seeds 

  • banana 

  • coconut flakes 

Method: 

  • Fill up your blender cup with 1/4 ice and 1/4 of frozen mango and berries

  • Fill guava nectar and coconut water (both equal amounts) into the blender cup until it reachers just above the level of the fruit and ice

  • Blend contents for 10-20 seconds (until smooth)

  • You want your mixture to be on the thicker side, so if it's too runny, add more fruit, if it's too thick, add more coconut water 

  • Pour blender contents into a bowl 

  • Using the rest of your ingredients, add the toppings of your choice 

  • Sprinkle muesli, chia seeds and coconut flakes on top 

  • Add sliced banana and some more frozen berries on top top
