A neutral color palette comes from the use of wood, raw metal, a handmade concrete paint, and wooden floors, all of which gives it an industrial vibe.

Exposed pipes on the true ceiling adds to the industrial look.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are clubbed in one open space that allows people to gather.

The dining table was custom made and raised to be of the bar height, which smoothly transitions into the island kitchen.

There is a small passage that leads to three private bedrooms behind the three panel, metal sliding black door.

The concrete walls are handcrafted which adds texture to the open space.

Concrete walls are used throughout the apartment.
