Over looking Lake Starnberg and designed by Design Associates, this California inspired villa with a massive cantilevered roof, facing the morning sun, built on a sloped lot with both mountain and water views.

A huge terrace is located just off the kitchen and living room with an elongated pool just steps away. The beautiful looking cantilevered roof offers shade for outdoor relaxing, as well as reducing the amount of sun that enters through the floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors.

An outdoor eating area just off the kitchen is located beside a stone chimney.

White walls are paired with light maple flooring and kitchen cabinets keeping the open space bright and airy.

The main living area was designed on the top floor to maximize the views.
